Ravinder Singh is an entrepreneur, operations executive and community leader with experience spanning sustainable agriculture, bio-fertilizer manufacturing, industrial operations and bilateral business relations. He is the Founder & Director of RS PRIMUS SDN BHD and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LKB Bio Fertilizer SDN BHD, with a strong commitment to green innovation, community service and Malaysia–Nepal economic collaboration.

Ravinder Singh is an entrepreneur, operations executive and community leader whose professional interests span sustainable agriculture, industrial operations, strategic management and cross-border economic collaboration.

His professional foundation combines technical and business disciplines. He studied Automotive Engineering in Melbourne, Australia, before earning an Executive Master’s in Business from Asia e University. This combination of engineering and business education supports his approach to operational management, enterprise development and strategic decision-making.

As Founder & Director of RS PRIMUS SDN BHD and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LKB Bio Fertilizer SDN BHD, Ravinder applies his engineering background and business experience to ventures connected with the green economy and sustainable agriculture. His involvement in bio-fertilizer and sustainable crop nutrition manufacturing focuses on advancing environmentally responsible agricultural solutions, reducing environmental impact and supporting longer-term climate resilience.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Ravinder has maintained a strong commitment to community service, philanthropy and youth development. His Rotary journey began as a Charter Member and Sergeant-at-Arms of the Rotary Club of Damansara Heights. He subsequently joined the Rotary Club of Bangsar, where his responsibilities included serving as Youth Director and supporting charity and youth empowerment initiatives. He later served as President of the Rotary Club of Bangsar for the 2025/2026 term.

Through his combination of corporate, technical and community leadership experience, Ravinder brings together sustainable enterprise development, operational expertise and relationship-building, with a particular interest in strengthening economic and business connections between Malaysia and Nepal.

As Founder & Director of RS PRIMUS SDN BHD and COO of LKB Bio Fertilizer SDN BHD, Ravinder is involved in business development, industrial operations and sustainable agricultural solutions. His work in bio-fertilizer and crop nutrition manufacturing reflects a focus on environmentally responsible agricultural practices and the development of sustainable solutions within the green economy.

Community & Civic Leadership

Ravinder's community involvement includes service with both the Rotary Club of Damansara Heights and the Rotary Club of Bangsar. Beginning as a Charter Member and Sergeant-at-Arms at Damansara Heights, he later expanded his involvement through the Rotary Club of Bangsar, where he served as Youth Director and contributed to charitable and youth empowerment initiatives.

His Rotary service culminated in his role as President of the Rotary Club of Bangsar for the 2025/2026 term, combining organizational leadership with community engagement, philanthropy and service.

Malaysia–Nepal Business Engagement

Through the Malaysia Nepal Business Council, Ravinder contributes his experience in sustainable business, industrial operations and relationship-building towards strengthening commercial engagement between Malaysia and Nepal.

His focus within the Council centres on advancing sustainable green technologies and developing meaningful business relationships between the two countries. By connecting environmentally conscious agricultural solutions with international business opportunities, his involvement supports the development of new commercial networks, green enterprise engagement and stronger cross-border collaboration.
